EXECUTIVE SESSION Vote to convene in Emergency Executive Session to consider Legal Advice and possible action related to: the decision of the Arizona Supreme Court in the case of Arizona Public Integrity Alliance, Inc. v. Adrian Fontes, Fran McCarroll, Clint Hickman, Jack Sellers, Steve Chucri, Bill Gates and Steve Gallardo in their official capacities, CV- 20-0253-AP/EL. The emergency is due to the decision of the Supreme Court in this case, and the need to receive legal advice and possibly provide direction related to the mail-in ballots for the 2020 general election in order to meet mailing deadlines.
