This notice from MAYFAIR MANOR IWDD NO. 64 serves as a formal request to cancel the election of
Trustees(s) that is to be held on November 18, 2020. In accordance with A.R.S. 16-410(A), the District
seeks approval from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to have the election cancelled and
appoint Jeff Shelton, Scott Mitchem, and David Sanderson who are duly qualified for the office of
Trustee to which he or she has been serving previously. The term they will serve as Trustees will be from
January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2022.
