This notice from QUEEN CREEK IRRIGATION DISTRICT serves as a formal request to cancel the election of Director(s) that
is to be held on November 10, 2020. In accordance with A.R.S. 16-410(A), the District seeks approval from the Maricopa
County Board of Supervisors to have the election cancelled and appoint Steve Sossaman who Is duly qualified for the office
of Director to which he or she has been serving previously. The term they will serve as Directors will be from January 1,

2021 to December 31, 2023.
