RE: NOTICE TO CANCEL ELECTION

Ms. McCarroll,

This notice from SUN VIEW ESTATES I WDD No. 55 serves as a formal request to cancel the election of
trustee(s) that is to be held on November 20, 2020. In accordance with A. R. S. 16-410(A), the District
seeks approval from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to have the election canceled and appoint
Michael Mulera, Richard Rosepiler and Rachel Milne who are duly qualified for the office of trustee to
which they have been serving previously. The term they will serve as trustee(s) will be from January 1,
2021 to December 31, 2022.
