of FTZ Subzone Tax Concurrence “No Objection” 
Dear Mr. McGilvray:
The undersigned being a duly authorized representative of Maricopa County does hereby acknowledge and 
approve of the transfer of  34.79 acres within Site 15 of Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) No. 277  located at 15101 
W. Peoria Avenue, Waddell, AZ 85355 within parcel 501-42-979, from RRBR Beverage Operations Inc. 
(property owner) to Ball Metal Beverage Container Corporation Inc. (lessor). In addition, acknowledge and 
approve creation of Subzone combining Ball Metal Beverage Container Corporation Inc.’s currently 
designated FTZ operation in Goodyear, AZ (Location 1) and the new 34.79 acres transferred from RRB 
Beverage Operation Inc. (Location 2) as a Subzone in Greater Maricopa Foreign Trade Zone 277.
In particular, we understand the designation transfer from RRB Beverage Operations Inc. to Ball Metal 
Beverage Container Corporation Inc. and resulting tax implications in the transfer of the classification for 
property tax purposes Ball Metal Beverage Container Corporation Inc.’s leased property located at the site 
referenced above at Class 6 with a tax assessment ratio of 5%.  As indicated at the outset, we do not object to 
the transfer of property or creation of Subzone contemplated herein.
