Dear Ms. Medaris

This email serves as a formal request to cancel the biennial election of trustees for {\WDD27 scheduled for Nov. 18, 2020. In accordance
with ARS 16-410(A), the cistrict seeks approval of the Maricopa Boar«| of Supervisors to have the election cancelzd and the three current
board members appointed to serve additional 2-year terms.

On May 13, the district issued a call to its members, ar nouncing a meeting on May 19 for the pury:ose of soliciting new volunteers to serve
as trustees. The announcement was mace on the Windsor Square neighborhood Fecebook page and was sent by separate emails to all
members of 'WDD27 and to ail residents of WS. |ema ed you a copy of this annourcement on May 13. Normally we would also announce
meetings 1 the irrigation sign-up board but SRP has <liscontinued the use of these boards for thi: time being cle to too many hands
touching the pages.

The trustees met in a putlic park in the center of Wine sor Square, where social distancing could be maintained. No new volunteers
stepped forward to serve as candidates for trustee.

Nominatiny papers for the continuing trustees are attached.
