RE: Maricopa Water District - 2020 Annual Election
Dear Ms. McCarroll:

It has been determined that Maricopa Water District will only have one nominee for the
Board position of Director at Large, Mr. Henry C, Conklin, and only one nominee for the
Board position of Director, Division 3, Mr. Stanley H. Ashby. As it stands, both
nominated individuals currently hold those positions. With that, pursuant to ARS Title
15, Title 48 or § 16-822, Maricopa Water District hereby requests to be put on the
agenda for your next formal meeting, scheduled for September 16, 2020, and asks that
our November 10, 2020, annual election be cancelled.
