In accordance with A.R.S. 16-410(A), the District seeks approval from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to have the election cancelled and appoint Dave Koger, Matthew Bauer, and Andrea Forman who are duly qualified for the office of Trustee to which he or she has been serving previously.
