The Hyder Valley Irrigation Water Delivery District is an irrigation water delivery district organized and existing under the laws of the State of Arizona. Ill. Peter S. Aronstam, Roger W. Fincher, and Angela Gutierrez are the duly elected Trustees of the district, IV. Hyder is not bonded nor indebted. Resolution: The Board of Trustees of the HYDER VALLEY IRRIGATION WATER DELIVERY DISTRICT Resolves to Exclude the VERMA LLC lands described above from the District. The Trustees hereby direct the District Counsel, Robert S. Lynch and Associates, to prepare the application to he Maricopa Board of Supervisors to exclude the subject lands pursuant to this Resolution and A.R.S. § 48-3427. In attendance at the meeting were Roger W. Fincher, Peter S Aronstam. After exchanging greetings, Mr. Aronstam moved to approve the Minutes of the Special Board Meeting #3. Mr. Fincher seconded the motion. The text minutes were read. Mr. Aronstam called for a vote on the approval of the Minutes. The motion passed. With no further business, Mr. Aronstam called for a motion to adjourn. Mr. Fincher offers the motion. The motion carried, and the meeting was adjourned at 1030. The text of the Resolution and Impact Statement was read, After brief discussion, Mr. Aronstam called for a vote on the Resolution. The Resolution was approved. With no further business, Mr. Aronstam called for a motion to adjourn. Mr. Fincher offers the motion. The motion carried, and the meeting was adjourned at 1020.
