Morrison Ranch Irrigation Water Delivery District
No. 49

Resolution to Change Boundary Lines

WHEREAS, Morrison Ranch Irrigation Water Delivery District No. 49 is a Maricopa
County Special Taxing District established on February 5, 2013 by the Board of
Supervisors, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes — Title 48; and

WHEREAS, the Trustees of the Morrison Ranch Irrigation Water Delivery District No. 49
were duly elected and authorized to make governing decisions for the operation of the
district.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Trustees resolve as follows:

In accordance with the requirements of Arizona Revised Statutes §48-2941-§ 48-2953,
the Trustees of the Morrison Ranch IWDD No. 49 hereby amend the parcels included in
the taxing district to exclude:

The East Half of Section 13, Township 1 South, Range 6 East, of the Gila
and Salt River Base and Meridian Maricopa County, Arizona;

EXCEPT the North 650 feet of the West 200 feet of the Northeast Quarter
of said Section 13.

As show on the Exhibit A map.
The resolution was adopted by the Trustees on January 23, 2019.
