RESOLUTION NO, ZO/4 -OO/

A formal resolution of the elected Board of Trustees of the Windsor Square IWDD No, 27 located at 250
E. Pasadena Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85012-1515, ordering a change of the irrigation water delivery district
boundaries to include the parcels described in the attached legal description (the Properties). ,

WHEREAS, the majority of the owners of the Properties have requested that the Properties be
included within the Windsor Square IWDD No. 27 boundaries; and

WHEREAS, the Windsor Square IWOD No. 27 Board of Trustees has determined that the
inclusion of these Properties will benefit the District and the property owners; and

WHEREAS, the described Properties are adjacent to the boundaries of the Windsor Square IWDD
No. 27; and :

WHEREAS, all other pertinent requirements of A.R.S. § 49-263 and 48-262 have been addressed
and met according to the law. “ ,

“NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Windsor Square IWDD No.-27 Board of Trustees do
hereby order the change to its boundaries to include the area referred to abovey as-more fully depicted

_ onthe attached map.
