NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Governing Board of South County Fire & Medical District does hereby find that the proposed inclusion of the property satisfies the requirements of A.R.S. §48-262, and does hereby order the change to the District boundaries to include the property as set forth in the attached legal description Exhibit “A” and map Exhibit “B” in South County Fire & Medical District.
