I. 
The above-named contract is hereby amended as specified below: 
 
A. 1.0 CONTRACT TERM shall be updated to reflect a new expiration date of December 31, 
2026.   
 
B. An additional $500,000 shall be added for the additional two (2) years making the new 
not to exceed (NTE) $1,496,345. An updated Exhibit B, TIMELINE & DELIVERABLES, 
begins on page two of this amendment.    
 
II. 
All other terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain in full force and effect.
