Action Requested:
The Superior Court respectfully requests the Board of Supervisors approve the 
appointment of Attorney MaryAnne Majestic as Superior Court Judge Pro 
Tempore, in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes § 12-141. Attorney 
MaryAnne Majestic will serve as Superior Court Judge Pro Tempore without any 
compensation.  The appointment will be for the period commencing August 19, 
2020 through June 30, 2021.
Board Required Information:
The Superior Court respectfully requests the Board of Supervisors approve the 
appointment of Attorney MaryAnne Majestic as Superior Court Judge Pro 
Tempore, in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes § 12-141.  This serves the 
interests of judicial economy and promotes sound caseflow management.  
Attorney MaryAnne Majestic will serve as Superior Court Judge Pro Tempore 
without any compensation.  The appointment will be for the period commencing 
August 19, 2020 through June 30, 2021.
