RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF SUPERVISORS 
DESIGNATION OF SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors adopted a resolution on the 6 th day of June 
2024, designating A l a n a  M .  L e w i c k i  as Superintendent of Streets, and
WHEREAS, the Office of Superintendent of Streets is located within the County 
Department of Transportation, which is managed by Jesse Gutierrez, Director and 
wherein Alana M. Lewicki i s  employed, and
WHEREAS, ARS 48-901 defines the Street Superintendent as a county 
employee designated by the Board of Supervisors to perform the duties of street 
superintendent for all the districts organized under that article,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
1. That the resolution adopted June 14, 2023, by the Board of Supervisors 
designating Gant Yasanayake as Superintendent of Streets is hereby 
rescinded.
2. That pursuant to the certain resolution pertaining to OFFICERS OF 
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS adopted by the Board of Supervisors on the 
6th day of September 1983, the following-named individual is henceforth 
designated to perform the duties of Street Superintendent for all county 
improvement districts.
