Memorandum of 840/850 Commencement Date 
This Memorandum of 840/850 Commencement Date (“Memorandum”) of Lease Agreement L-
7381, as amended by Amendment No. 1, Amendment No. 2, Amendment No. 3 and Amendment 
No. 4 (Amendment No. 4”) (collectively, the Lease”) is between 4041 Central Plaza, L.L.C., a 
Delaware limited liability company (“Lessor”) and Maricopa County, a political subdivision of 
the State of Arizona (“Lessee”). 
A. Pursuant to the provisions of the Section 6 of Amendment No. 4, Lessor and Lessee 
have agreed to execute this Memorandum to specify the 840/850 Commencement Date, 
as it relates to Suites 840/850 ( “Premises”) consisting of 5,088 square feet. 
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants and promises contained in this 
Memorandum, and for other good and valuable consideration, receipt and sufficiency of which is 
hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto confirm and agree as follows. 
1) The recitals are incorporated into this Memorandum by this reference.
2) Pursuant to Section 6 of Amendment No. 4, the 840/850 Commencement Date is
June 25, 2020.
3) Pursuant to Section 6 of Amendment No. 4, Rent shall begin to accrue with respect
to Suite 840 and Suite 850 on the 840/850 Commencement Date, as defined herein.
4) Except for the 840/850 Commencement Date that is specified in this Memorandum,
the Lease remains the same and in full force and effect.
5) Any capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the definitions as defined in the
Lease.
