A.R.S. §§28-6701, 6709, and 7204, and pursuant to Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Resolution 
DECLARING A PORTION OF DEDICATED ROADWAY AS NOT NECESSARY FOR PUBLIC USE 
AS A ROAD AND CONDITIONALLY ABANDONING SAID ROADWAY, passed and adopted on 
August 19, 2020 (RESOLUTION), and as a result of the conditions of said RESOLUTION being 
satisfied, does hereby quitclaim all its right, title and/or interest, if any, in the following real property, 
situated in Maricopa County, Arizona, to BIO-GRO AZ, LLC, an Arizona limited liability 
company (GRANTEE).
SEE EXHIBIT “A” ATTACHED HERETO AND INCORPORATED HEREIN
SUBJECT TO: any lien for taxes that is or shall become due, zoning and other governmental 
restrictions, and all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, rights-of-way, liens, and other matters 
of record, or matters that could be disclosed by a visual inspection or accurate survey of the real property.

That portion of roadway as depicted on Unit Two Roosevelt Citrus Acres, Block 2 
recorded in Book 19 of Maps, Page 31 being a portion of Section 6, Township 1 South, Range 4 
West of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian records of Maricopa County, Arizona more 
particularly described as follows:
A roadway of a width of 40 feet, 20 feet on each side of the centerline described 
as follows:
Beginning at the West quarter corner of said Section 6;
Thence Easterly along the mid-section line of said Section 6 to the Northerly 
prolongation of the East line of Tract 62 Block 2 of said subdivision and the terminus of said 
line;
EXCEPT the West 33 feet thereof.
