OF THE CAHAVA SPRINGS REVITALIZATION DISTRICT
DECLARING THE OFFICIAL CANVASS OF VOTES AT AN ELECTION

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CAHAVA SPRINGS REVITALIZATION DISTRICT DECLARING
THE OFFICIAL CANVASS OF VOTES CAST IN A DISTRICT
ELECTION HELD ON JULY 17, 2020, FOR THE PURPOSE OF
ELECTING THREE PROPERTY OWNERS TO SERVE ON THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE DISTRICT

WHEREAS, an election of the Cahava Springs Revitalization District (the “District”) was
held on July 17, 2020 for the purpose of allowing the property owners and qualified electors of
the District to elect three property owners to serve on the Board of Directors of the District (the
“Board”) for a term of four years or until their successors are qualified and elected, as described
in the Official Ballot for Cahava Springs Revitalization District Board of Directors Election, a
form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A; and

WHEREAS, the current Board has canvassed the returns of the July 17, 2020 election
and finds the returns to be as stated in this Resolution.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Cahava
Springs Revitalization District as follows:

1. The results of the canvass having been determined, the official canvass of the Cahava
Springs Revitalization District Election held on July 17, 2020 is as follows:

a. The number of votes cast in the District for each property owner nominated to
serve on the Board is as follows:

c. There were no rejected ballots.

2. Because a majority of the acreage of the District represented by the votes cast at the
July 17, 2020 election voted in favor of the property owners indicated above, Annie Mathisen,
John Fischer and Mark Stapp were elected to serve on the Board by the District property owners
