RESOLUTION RESOLUTION FOR DESIGNATION OF APPLICANT’S AGENT The intent of this RESOLUTION is to appoint an APPLICANT’S AGENT for Public Assistance program(s) for the duration of Until Further Notice. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF MARICOPA COUNTY THAT, the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Chief Financial Officer, is hereby authorized to execute for, and on behalf of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, an entity established under the laws of the State of Arizona, this application and to file it in the appropriate state office for the purpose of obtaining certain financial assistance under the Disaster Relief Act or as otherwise available from the disaster relief fund. THAT Maricopa County, an entity established under the laws of the State of Arizona, hereby authorizes its agent to provide information to state and federal authorities for all matters pertaining to disaster assistance.
