Mr Kuffner:

It has been determined that Isaac School District will have a cash shortage of $8,922,396 and will need

to adjust the tax rate to generate the dollars. This is due to years of additional state aid not being fully
funded. Please let me know if this letter is sufficient to make the adjustment.
