MCDOT has received the following responses: Partial objection from MCDOT. MCDOT objects to the full abandonment however partial abandonment, described as follows is supported: APN 202-12-046B: The southern PAB - approve the abandonment of the north 40-feet retaining the south 10-feet. The east PAB - approve the abandonment of the west 30-feet retaining the east 20-feet. APN 202-12-064A: The northern PAB - approve the abandonment of the south 40-feet retaining the north 10-feet. The eastern PAB approve the abandonment of the west 30-feet retaining the east 20-feet (except any portion lying within the existing I-17 right-of-way). APN 202-12-064B: Approve abandonment except the south 20-feet of the West 20-feet. Except any portion lying within the existing I-17 right-of-way. No objections from other County Departments. No objections from any Utilities. If your decision is to proceed, go to the MCDOT website (https://www.maricopa.gov/775/Abandonment-of-Patent-Easements) for the next steps in the Patent Easement Abandonment process. NOTE: Be advised, all reviewing entities reserve the right to change their original review position, which may affect the final recommendation to the Board of Supervisors to approve or deny the application.
