Said parcel is more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 30, being a brass cap, from which the East quarter corner of said Section 30, a 1” iron pipe, bears North 00°15'54" East, for a distance of 2641.35 feet; Thence along the East line of said Section 30, North 00°15'54" East for a distance of 1167.67 feet to a point on the North line of the Central Arizona Project and the Point of Beginning; Thence, departing said East line and along said North line, South 75°17'49" West, for a distance of 1961.89 feet; Thence, continuing along said North line, North 89°43'03" West, for a distance of 738.68 feet; Thence, along the Westerly line of said Central Arizona Project, South 43°56'52" West, for a distance of 367.49 feet; Thence, continuing along said Westerly line, South 42°28'01" West, for a distance of 478.65 feet to a point on the North line of the South 40.00 feet of said Section 30; Thence, along said North line, South 89°45'53" East, for a distance of 114.73 feet; Thence, leaving said North line, North 00°14'07" East, for a distance of 14.81 feet to a point on a line parallel with and 75.00 feet Southeasterly from the Westerly line of said Central Arizona Project; Thence, along said parallel line, North 42°28'01" East, for a distance of 389.60 feet; Thence, continuing along said parallel line North 43°56'52" East, for a distance of 214.61 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave to the southeast having a radius of 280.00 feet; Thence Northeasterly along said curve having a central angle of 46°20'05", for an arc distance of 226.43 feet to the beginning of a tangent line which is 75.00 feet Southerly from and parallel with the Northerly line of said Central Arizona Project; Thence, along said parallel line, South 89°43'03" East, for a distance of 596.63 feet; Thence, continuing along said parallel line, North 75°17'49" East, for a distance of 1951.70 feet to a point on the East line of said Section 30. Thence, along said East line, North 00°15'54" East, for a distance of 77.63 feet to the Point of Beginning. The above described parcel contains 262,906 square feet or 6.0355 acres, more or less.
