Jefferson, 10th Floor Phoenix, AZ 85003 RECEIVED JUN 0 9 2020 MARICOPA COUNTY CLERK BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RE: Broadland Ranches Greenfield IWDD39 Mail Ballot Election Ms. McCarroll: Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes 16-558(A), an irrigation district may conduct its board of directors elections by mail ballot if the governing board of the district obtains approval from the board of supervisors of the county in which the district is located, prior to publishing the call of election. IWDD39 hereby requests permission from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to conduct mail ballot elections for the 2020 IWDD39 election of directors, as well as all subsequent elections until further notice from IWDD39.
