May 21, 2020 Ms. Beckett, Please accept my formal resignation as the Director for the Public Fiduciary effective June 01, 2020. My last year with MCPF has been incredible, I have had the absolute pleasure of working with a group of passionate and engaged individuals who are receptive to the opportunity to embrace change and assist with the process of improving our work. This group advocates tirelessly as the voice for our county's most vulnerable adults. I am also extremely grateful for the opportunity to have worked under your leadership. You empower your leaders and provide unwavering support to ensure a department is consistently working towards maximizing its potential. I have accepted a position as Deputy of the Public Defender's Office. But for this unique opportunity, it would have been my desire to remain a leader on your team and a voice for the individuals I serve. Though my departure from MCPF is bittersweet, I am honored to continue serving as a leader within Maricopa County. Thank you for the opportunity,
