Dear Ms. Lynch: 
 
Gilead Sciences, Inc. (“Gilead”) and Maricopa County Correctional Health Services (“Organization”) are 
parties to that certain FOCUS Agreement effective July 1, 2017 (“Agreement”), pursuant to which Gilead 
provided a FOCUS Award (“Award”) to support Organization’s efforts to provide and promote certain HIV 
and viral hepatitis testing and testing-related services (“Project”) as set forth in the FOCUS Award Letter 
dated October 4, 2019 and proposal and budget referenced thereto. 
 
Organization’s request for a no-cost extension of the term of the Project has been approved. The final ten 
percent (10%) of the Award funds will be disbursed to Organization upon Gilead’s approval of the final 
Report (as defined in the Agreement) detailing the full scope of the Project through December 31, 2020 and 
submitted to Gilead no later than January 15, 2021.
