P-50334 Amendment 1 C-22-19-043-3-01 License Agreement P-50334 Page 1 of 2 AMENDMENT TO REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THE USE OF THE COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE RESOURCE CENTER BETWEEN CITY OF PEORIA AND MARICOPA COUNTY RECITALS A. The CITY OF PEORIA, an Arizona municipal corporation in the County of Maricopa and State of Arizona (“City” or “Owner”), and Maricopa County, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona with an address of 301 W. Jefferson St., 10th Floor, Phoenix, AZ, 85003, (“User”) (collectively the “Parties” or individually a “Party”) are Parties to that certain Revocable License Agreement For The Use Of The Community Assistance Resource Center with an Effective Date of July 1, 2019 (the “Agreement”). The Agreement is for use of the Property and Premises previously defined and located at 8335 W. Jefferson Street, Peoria, AZ 85345. B. The Term of the Agreement expires June 30, 2020. C. The Parties now mutually desire to enter into this Amendment to the Agreement to amend the Agreement to extend the term and designate the Use of the Premises as non-exclusive. AGREEMENT NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, mutual promises contained herein and other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency and adequacy of which the Parties hereby acknowledge, City and User agree to amend the Agreement as follows: 1. Recitals, by this reference, are hereby incorporated into this Amendment. 2. The Agreement term is hereby extended one (1) year, to commence July 1, 2020 and expire June 30, 2021. This Agreement is subject to termination pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. §38-511. 3. City and User acknowledge that User’s use of the Premises is non-exclusive. 4. The effective date of this Amendment is the date of execution of both Parties. 5. The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes made by this amendment. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement remain the same and in full force and effect.
