A variety of projects are proposed for the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES 
Act), Public Law 116-136 funding allocated to Maricopa County from the U.S. Department of Housing and 
Urban Development (HUD). This includes $1,886,379 in Community Development Block Grant CARES 
Act (CDBG-CV) resources available to Maricopa County; and $905,900 of Emergency Solutions Grant 
CARES Act (ESG-CV) resources that will be allocated by the Maricopa County Human Services 
Department.
