Amendment No. 3 to Sub-Lease Agreement 
Between 
A New Leaf, Inc. (“Sublessor”) 
And 
MARICOPA COUNTY,  (“Sublessee”) 
 
 
RECITALS 
 
A. 
Sublessor and Sublessee (collectively, the “Parties) are Parties to that certain Sub-Lease 
Agreement No. L-7451, approved by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors on July 
25, 2014 and subsequently amended on April 22, 2015 and June 6, 2018 (the 
“Agreement”).  The Agreement is for premises at 2254 W. Main Street, Mesa, AZ, 
85201, consisting of approximately 2,779 square feet of classroom space. 
 
B. 
The term of the Agreement expires on June 30, 2021. 
 
C.  
Sublessor and Sublessee now desire to enter into this Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement 
to provide reimbursement to Sublessor and to make certain Tenant Improvements as 
hereinafter defined.  
 
AGREEMENT 
 
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, mutual promises contained 
herein and other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency and adequacy of which 
the Parties hereby acknowledge, Sublessee and Sublessor agree to amend the Agreement 
as follows: 
 
1. 
The Recitals set forth above are hereby set forth in this amendment. 
 
2. 
The Agreement, as amended, is subject to termination pursuant to the provisions of 
A.R.S. §38-511.  
 
3. 
Sublessee, at Sublessee’s sole cost and expense, shall replace or repair the playground 
surface (the “Tenant Improvements”). 
 
4. 
Sublessee shall reimburse Sublessor a one-time payment of One Hundred Seventeen 
Dollars and Ninety Cents ($117.90) for the cost of re-keying a classroom on or about 
November 25, 2019. 
 
5. 
The effective date of this amendment is the date of execution by the Maricopa County 
Board of Supervisors.

6. 
The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes made by this Amendment No. 3.  All 
other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain the same and in full force and effect.
