I. 
Due to the COVID-19 response, the contract term is extended an additional six (6) 
months beyond the maximum 5-year term, from September 8, 2020 to March 8, 
2021, in order to continue to provide a secondary regional distribution site for public 
health emergencies.   
 
II. 
All other terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain in full force and 
effect.
