Generally located at 9601 N. Reems Rd., Waddell, AZ  85355 within parcel 501-42-001E and is owned by 
Mark Anthony Brewing Inc.  
Summary from the owner’s representative
Mark Anthony Brewing Inc. will use this location as a bottling facility that will mix and blend beverages in 
advance of filling containers for packaging and distribution.  No brewing will occur within the activated 
Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) as dictated in Tax and Trade Bureau Regulations.
Mark Anthony Brewing Inc. plans on investing approximately $300 million for land, building and 
equipment at this site.  It is estimated that approximately $100 million will be for the land and building 
and approximately $200 million for equipment at the facility.
They plan on hiring 200 positions by December 31, 2020 and will increase to approximately 250 within 
the next five to ten years with an average wage of $42,614 per year.


Estimated $2.9 million in direct tax revenues and $468,320 in indirect tax revenues for a total of 
$3.4 million in tax revenue to Maricopa County over the next ten years

Estimated $85.2 million in direct personal income and $85.7 million in indirect personal income 
for a total of $171 million

Estimated $745.6 million in direct economic output and $329.6 million in indirect economic 
output for a total of $1.1 billion.

Property Tax Impact 

Property taxes collected for the parcel currently is approximately $1,225, annually for Maricopa 
County’s portion.  When the project is completed, property taxes will grow to approximately 
$131,609 annually for Maricopa County’s portion.  The taxes assume FTZ designation.
