Peoria objects to the abandonment of the full 33’ patent easement as requested. Peoria would support abandonment
of the E33’ adjacent to west side of the parcel except for the N33’, which should be retained for the Camino de Oro.

I have reviewed the abandonment request at 101XX W Camino De Oro., PAB-0121, APN 201-08-060A, in Peoria
{Maricopa County}, AZ. Based upon the supplied drawings/exhibits that you’ve submitted it has been determined
that COX has no facilities within the PUE and therefore we approve your request to abandon.
