PAB-0110. MCDOT has received the following responses: Arizona Public Service (APS) Objection: APS objects to abandonment of the Patent Easement as requested on the application submitted in November 2019. APS has no objection to the following: abandon the West 25' of the East 50' and the North 24' of the South 50' of Patent Easement No. 1218730. Public Objection: One public comment was received in opposition to full abandonment of this Patent Easement. This comment was taken into consideration when developing the recommendation for this Patent Easement abandonment. No other objections have been received at this time. Be advised that all reviewing entities reserve the right to change their original review position, which may affect the final recommendation to the Board of Supervisors to approve or deny the application. Section 5d of Maricopa County ordinance P-34 states that no abandonment of a Patent Easement can occur over objection from any utility.
