Effective upon the signature of the last signer, the Agreement referenced above is hereby amended as follows: 
1. Pursuant to the Agreement Terms, Section Four (4), Amendment 1 the Agreement is hereby amended as follows: 
1.1. Section Ten (10), Agreement Term,  the Agreement is hereby extended to June 30, 2021; 
1.2. Section 13.2 of Notices, Correspondence, Reports, and Invoices,  is revised and replaced with the following:
