Waddell, AZ 85355 within parcel 501-42-003F Summary from the owner’s representative Red Bull North America (RBNA) will be the North American distributor for the new RRB Beverage facility that is being constructed adjacent to this operation. RBNA will be engaged in value added, packaging and distribution of beverages to retail distribution centers throughout North America. RBNA is constructing a 700,000 square foot facility. They plan on investing $80 million for the land and building, and $20 million for the equipment at the facility. They plan on hiring 100 in the beginning and will not increase within the next five to ten years with an average wage above $50,000 per year. Property Tax Impact Property taxes collected for the parcel currently is approximately $866, annually for Maricopa County’s portion. When the project is completed, property taxes will grow to approximately $75,056 annually for Maricopa County’s portion. The taxes assume Foreign Trade Zone designation.
