For the consideration of FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($5,000.00), CRG
Partners II, L.L.C., an Arizona limited liability company, GRANTORS, do hereby release
MARICOPA COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona, GRANTEE, from
any further obligations concerning the replacement of concrete slab material within the
Temporary Construction Easement ("TCE") area of the aforementioned property located in
Maricopa County, Arizona as depicted in the attached "Exhibit A"
THE COUNTY OF MARICOPA AGREES:
A.
That, in the course of the construction of said road project, it became necessary to remove
the concrete slab material items out of the "TCE" area of the aforementioned property as
depicted in "Exhibit A".
B.
To pay CRG Partners II, L.L.C., an Arizona limited liability company, the sum of
FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($5,000.00) as payment in full for the
replacement of the concrete slab material within the Temporary Construction Easement
area depicted in "Exhibit A".
THE GRANTOR AGREES:
1. To accept the sum of FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($5,000.00), as
payment in full for the replacement of the removed concrete slab material within the
Temporary Construction Easement area as depicted in "Exhibit A".
