Public Utility Easement Abandonment
REQ PAB-0093 – 4030 W. Twin Peaks, New River AZ
Dear Ms. May,
After reviewing the plans for the above-referenced project, it has been determined that
there are no longer any apparent conflicts between the Southwest Gas system and
the proposed abandonment of the Federal Patent Easement. Southwest Gas has
formally released the pertinent portions of the Federal Patent Easement as it affects
the properties (APNs 202-12-046B, 202-12-064A, and 202-12-064B), and obtained a
replacement easement for our existing facilities. (Copies attached.) We would,
therefore, like to recommend approval of the County’s abandonment of the public
utility easement located at the above-referenced location.
