A road lying in the Southeast quarter of Section 3 and the North half of Section 10, T4N, R1W 
of the G&SRB&M, Maricopa County, Arizona, and being more particularly described as 
follows:
A 68 feet roadway, being 34 feet on each side of the center line of Happy Valley Road;
BEGINNING from the point of intersection of the West line of said Section 10 and the centerline 
of Happy Valley Road, thence Northeasterly along said centerline of Happy Valley Road to a 
point on the shared North line of said Section 10 and the South line of said Section 3 which is 
77.99 feet West of the Intersecting centerlines of Happy Valley Road and El Granada Boulevard. 
Containing 10.69 Acres. More or less.
General Vicinity: Happy Valley Road and El Granada Boulevard in Supervisor District 4 and in 
an unincorporated area.
