Durango Street Phoenix, AZ 85009 SUBJECT: PAB-0112 Vacation of West 33’ Patent Easement No. 1184033 APN: 210-13-025A Dear Mr. Woodring: Qwest Corporation d/b/a CENTURYLINK QC (“CenturyLink”) has reviewed the request for the subject vacation. CenturyLink does have facilities within the West 33’ Patent Easement vacation location. CenturyLink has been working with Mr. and Mrs. True to resolve the CenturyLink’s objection of January 6, 2020 by CenturyLink to their vacation request of the West 33’ Patent easement on their property. Mr. and Mrs. True have had the CenturyLink facilities located on their property and the CenturyLink facilities is within the Arizona Public Service Company easement dated September 19, 2019. CenturyLink’s current and any future facilities will be and are protected under this easement agreement. CenturyLink has no objection with respect to the Vacation of the West 33’ Patent Easement as shown and/or described on Exhibit “A” (“Vacation”), said Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated by this reference. CenturyLink’s agreement to this Vacation is subject to, conditioned upon, and based upon the intent and understanding of CenturyLink that this Vacation shall not reduce the rights to any other existing easements, whether patent easements or otherwise, or any other rights CenturyLink may have on this site or on Mr. and Mrs. True’s property for existing CenturyLink utilities.
