Jefferson, 10th Floor, Phoenix, AZ 85003, with the following members present: Bill Gates, Chairman, District 3; Clint Hickman, Vice Chairman, District 4; Jack Sellers, District 1; Steve Chucri, District 2; Steve Gallardo, District 5. Also present: Fran McCarroll, Clerk of the Board; Joy Rich, County Manager; and Andrea Cummings, Legal Counsel. Minutes compiled by Maria Ceaglske, Minutes Coordinator. 1. EXECUTIVE SESSION Vote to convene in Executive Session to consider the items on the Special Executive Agenda dated January 07, 2020, for Board of Supervisors and relevant Special Districts pursuant to the statutory authority listed for each item. Motion to approve by Supervisor Chucri, seconded by Supervisor Hickman Ayes: Sellers, Chucri, Gates, Hickman, Gallardo OPEN SESSION 2. CONSIDERATION OF WRITTEN OPINION FOR BOARD ACTION RE A.R.S. 11-664 Consider an opinion relating to the Board's action related to A.R.S. 11-664, pertaining to the suspension of County Assessor Paul Petersen. The Board will consider issuing a written opinion concerning its actions related to the suspension of Paul Petersen. (C-19-20-036-M-00) No action was taken on this item. This meeting will reconvene in the Tom Sullivan Conference Room, 301 W. Jefferson, 10th Floor, Phoenix, AZ 85003. (Clerks Note: This meeting was not reconvened.
