RESOLUTION RESOLUTION FOR DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY FOR PUBLIC ASSISTANCE The intent of this RESOLUTION is to appoint an APPLICANT’S AGENT for Public Assistance for the following term: UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF MARICOPA COUNTY THAT the Administrative Service Manager, is hereby authorized to execute for, and on behalf of the Maricopa County Department of Emergency Management, an entity established under the laws of the State of Arizona, this application and to file it in the appropriate state office for the purpose of obtaining certain financial assistance under the Disaster Relief Act. THAT Maricopa County, an entity established under the laws of the State of Arizona, hereby authorizes its agent to provide information to state and federal authorities for all matters pertaining to disaster assistance.
