Crown Atlantic Company LLC, an affiliate of Crown Castle, operates the tower Site subject to the Lease referenced
above.
In order to better serve the public and minimize the amount of towers in an area where this property is located,
Verizon Wireless intends to modify its equipment at the wireless communication facility (the “Modification”).
Please provide your consent as soon possible by signing below and returning one original of same to the address
indicated above as soon as possible so that we may proceed with installation of Verizon Wireless’s equipment.
