The Right of Way between the State of Arizona, Grantor, and 
MARICOPA COUNTY 
Grantee, by mutual consent, has been amended as follows: 
As requested, Section 36, Township 5 North, Range 2 West, has been transferred 
to Right of Way 16-120891, leaving 4.680 acres, remaining as described in 
Appendix A and in Exhibit Z. 
This Right of Way Amendment, when executed by the State Land Commissioner (Grantor) 
and the above-mentioned Grantee and is affixed to the original Right of Way, shall be in full 
force and effect. All other terms and conditions of the Right of Way apply and shall remain 
in full force and effect.
