MARICOPA COUNTY RESOLUTION NO. C-64-20-144-M-00 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF MARICOPA COUNTY, PHOENIX, ARIZONA AUTHORIZING THE SUBMITTAL OF A GRANT APPLICATION FOR FUNDING FROM THE GILA RIVER INDIAN COMMUNITY AND AUTHORIAZ1NG ACCEPTANCE OF FUNDS AND PASS-THROUGH. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF MAR1COPA COUNTY, PHOENIX, ARIZONA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Ma ricopa County Department of Transportation is hereby authorized to submit the attached application for Proposition 202 12% Tribal Gaming Funds to the Gila River Indian Community in the amount not to exceed amount of $798,752.00. Section 2. The Maricopa County Department of Finance is hereby authorized to accept grant funds from the Gila River Indian Community and to pass through these funds to the Maricopa County Department of Transportation as awarded by the Gila River Indian Community. Section 3. The Chairman of the Ma ricopa County Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized to execute said grant application, and necessary acceptance documentation.
