Provide a detailed justification and explanation for extending the period of performance. We have established a curriculum of Regional GIS training for Users throughout the region. Offering several courses that deal with itermediate and advanced GIS workflows utilizing ESRI platforms. As the ESRI platform is the standard for GIS within Enterprise government systems, we will continue to focus on this platform to enhance the skill set of analysts around the region. This will ensure that we are establishing the fundamental skillset needed to push both automated and user defined data to the respective platforms used througout the region. We are requesting a 2 month extension of the grant (until 2/28/2020) as we were unable to complete the purchase process of ESRI credits prior to the grant extension expiration of 12/31/2019. We have all items in place and once extended, purchase will be completed. 2. What is the new timeline for completion, including all major objectives? Please include specific date(s) and a deliverable for each project objective. Objective 1: Date: Complete and submit all procurement documentation 6/31/2019 needed for the AOP application. Work with partners to fix technical issues with the application and current data sets and establish an efficinent model moving forward. Coordinate with regional partners throughout the LE community to determine applicability and potential data sets. Establish a plan for implementation and integration. Finalize and implement Regional GIS training curriculum. Identify enhancements/data sets/apps to integrate into the platform. Continue to monitor and evaluate application usage, data quality and gaps in datalinformation from areas of concern. Prepare and submit quarterly report.
