We are increasing the hourly pay rates for poll workers to align with Arizona’s increased minimum wage of $12 per hour. All Poll Workers are required to attend one of 75 election role-based trainings offered across the County. We have trained over 170 of 210 poll workers that will staff early voting / jurisdictional voting locations. 210 1407 We’ve completed 15 of 75 in-person training courses. Starting Monday (2/24), we will have a minimum of 2 courses per day 5-6 days a week. 15 of 75 4.6 The computer based training has been completed by over 100 poll workers with a satisfaction score of 4.6 our of 5.
