Amendment Number One
to City of Phoenix
Agreement No. 143104
and C-50-16-105-3-01
This Amendment Number One to Agreement No. 143104 ("Agreement") is
between the City of Phoenix, a municipal corporation of the State of Arizona ("City"),
and Maricopa County, by and through the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, is made
effective as of the last date below.
RECITALS
1.
The Agreement was entered into on or about June 8, 2016,
retroactive to July 1, 2015 for the City of Phoenix Fire Department
to provide technical support to the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office
911 Call Center.

The Parties mutually desire to amend the Agreement.
AMENDMENT
The Parties hereby agree as follows:

Replace Section 1.; 1.a) and 1.b) on Pages 1 and 2 of 10 of the
Agreement in its entirety with the following:
The Term of this Agreement is retroactive to July 1, 2015 and
through June 30, 2020 and it will be administered in five consecutive,
one-year segments:
Year 1: 07/01/2015 through 06/30/2016
Year 2: 07/01/2016 through 6/30/2017
Year 3: 07/01/2017 through 06/30/2018
Year 4: 07/01/2018 through 06/30/2019
Year 5: 07/01/2019 through 06/30/2020

Replace the first sentence only in Section 3 on page 2 of 10 with the
following:
The City will bill the County via the MCSO $81,000 for annual
services each July throughout the Term of this Agreement for
an aggregate amount of $405,000.

Replace the first sentence only in Section 6 on page 3 of 10
with the following:

The continuation of this Agreement is dependent on and
subject to the appropriation and availability of funding for
each Party for each fiscal year segment.
4.
Except as otherwise amended herein, all other terms and conditions of the
Agreement not in conflict with this amendment shall remain in full force
and effect. If there is a conflict or ambiguity between this amendment and
the Agreement, the documents in the following order prevail and control:
(1) the amendment; (2) the original Agreement.
In accordance with A.R.S. §11-952, this amendment has been reviewed by the
undersigned who determined that this amendment is in appropriate form and is within
the powers and authority of the respective Parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have entered into this amendment as of
the date of the last signature set forth below.
