LEGAL DESCRIPTION 
A roadway having a width of 110 feet lying within unincorporated Maricopa 
County in Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 of Township 2 South, 
Range 7 East and described as follows: 
BEGINNING at a point on the North line of said Section 8, a distance of 
660' East of the Sossaman Road Section line, being also the West line of said 
Section 8; 
Thence Easterly 55 feet North and 55 feet South of the lines common to 
Sections 5 and 8, Sections 4 and 9, Sections 3 and 10, and Sections 2 and 
11, together with the North 55 feet of Section 12. 
EXCEPT for that portion at the intersection of Germann Road and Ellsworth 
Road that is annexed by the City of Mesa Ordinance number 4800; 
Said 110' wide road annexation is contiguous on the North with the City of 
Mesa annexation ordinance numbers 2473 and 4785; 
Said 110' wide road is contiguous on the South with the City of Queen Creek 
Incorporation and annexation ordinance numbers 249-01 and 531-13. 
The above described Roadway contains an area of 57. 9 acres, more or less.
