DOBBINS RIGHT-OF-WAY ANNEXATION 
That part of the East half of the Southwest quarter of Section 5, and the East half of 
the Northwest quarter of Section 8, all in Township 1 South, range 2 East, G&SRB&M, 
Maricopa County, Arizona, describes as follows: 
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of the area annexed to the City of 
Phoenix by its Ordinance No. G-4450, recorded in Document No. 2002-0697920 
records of Maricopa County, also being a point in the annexation boundary described 
in City of Phoenix Ordinance No. G-4482, recorded in Document No. 2002-1340859 
records of Maricopa County, said point also being the intersection of the West line of 
the East half, and the North line of the South 33 feet of said Section 5; 
thence East along the South boundary line of said Ordinance G-4450 and said 
North line to the East line of the Southwest quarter of said Section 5; 
thence South to the quarter corner common to said Sections 5 and 8; 
thence South along the East line of the Northwest quarter of said Section 8 to 
a corner in the boundary of said Ordinance No, G-4482 and a point in the South line of 
the North 33 feet of said Section 8; 
thence West along the boundary of said Ordinance No. G-4482 and the South 
line of the North 33 feet of said Section 8, to a point in the West line of the East half of 
the Northwest quarter of said Section 8; 
thence North along the boundary of said Ordinance No. G-4482 and last said 
West line to a point in the Section line common to Sections 5 and 8; 
thence North along the boundary of said Ordinance No. G-4482 and the West 
line of the East half of the Southwest quarter of said Section 5 to a point common to 
the annexation boundaries of City of Phoenix Ordinance No's. G-4450 and GA482 
and the POINT OF BEGINNING.
