A668 A roadway within the Southeast quarter of Southwest quarter and the Southwest quarter of Southeast quarter of Section 12, Township 5 North, Range 3 West of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona; said roadway is described as follows: The East 40 feet of the said Southeast quarter of Southwest quarter; and the West 40 feet of the said Southwest quarter of Southeast quarter, EXCEPT the South 40 feet; AND BEGINNING at a point 40 feet West of and 132 feet North of the South quarter corner of said Section 12; thence South along the West line of the East 40 feet of the Southwest quarter said Section 12, for a distance of 132.00 feet to the South line of said Southwest Quarter; thence West along said South line, for a distance of 54.68 feet to the beginning of a non-tangent curve concave to the northwest having a radius of 194.64 feet; thence Northeasterly along said curve, for an arc distance of 146.27 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
