MCDOT has received the following responses: MCDOT Objection: Systems Planning is in support of the following, abandon the west 3-feet of the east 33-foot patent easement. It is recommended that all objections be resolved prior to moving forward. Since MCDOT has objected, you will need to contact Bob Woodring by phone 602-506-8326 or email, Bob.Woodring@Maricopa.Gov by January 16, 2020.
